PAYMENTS
Bookings must be confirmed by sending a deposit. We kindly ask our customers to let us know when the deposit has been paid. The booking will be considered to be confirmed from this moment. If a customer cancels a booking, the deposit is not refundable.

In the case of early departure, the customer must pay the balance for the entire period booked.

Check-in is from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out is before 10.00am.
Any modify may be agreed upon with the guest.

PRICES
Prices per person per day, vary from a minimum of € 20,00 to a maximum of € 50,00 based on the length of stay and the number of persons.
Prices include VAT and taxes, the rent of the furnished and fully-equipped room or apartment, the supply of electricity, hot and cold water, gas, heating, wood for the fireplace, household linen for the bathroom bedroom and kitchen, the use of a washing machine and clothes horse, the use of under-cover parking, use of the pool (with sunbeds, gazebo, etc) located in Faedis, bicycles and other sporting equipment (ping-ping, table soccer, etc.) a map of the area with walking tracks.

The International breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, fruit juice, pastry) costs € 8,00 per day per person. Upon request we can serve other products (cured meats, cheeses, etc). It costs € 10,00 per day per person.
The price for final cleaning, depending on the type of accommodation, varies from € 10,00 to € 30,00.
Upon request, heating costs € 10,00 per day.
Upon request, maid costs € 8,00 per hour.

SERVICES
Upon request we can serve cold meals prepared using produce from our farm (cured meats, cheeses, etc) accompanied by our DOC wines.
Since the summer of 2009, on request, we will have lunch and/or dinner friulano menus prepared dall'attiguo farm, under porches or in their own accommodation.

We are available for guided tours, also in english language, of the cellar and vineyard, led by a competent person.
It is possible to take part in farm activities such as the grape harvest, the olive harvest, etc.
We are at your disposal for any information regarding the numerous interesting places to visit.
Areas are available for caravans.
Supermarket, pharmacy, medical and dental, post office, bank at 800 mt.; hospital at 9 km.
