| Picolit Docg | Brilliant golden yellow colour, it appears to be liquid gold, splendid. It is reminiscent of acacia honey, jam and candied citrus fruits, sweet, warm, well-rounded and refined. It is the wine of kings. After a late harvest, the grape bunches undergo further drying on trellises in well-ventilated attics. A great wine for dessert and for meditation. Serve at 8-10 degrees C. 15.00 € a bottle (500 ml.). |

| Merlot Doc | Ruby red colour, full and fragrant bouquet with a subtle rose scent, dry palate, harmonious body with a light herbal flavour. A wine for all meals, it accompanies both white and red meats as well as semi-matured cheeses. Serve at room temperature. |

| Cabernet Sauvignon Doc | Intense ruby red colour, with a marked herbal aroma reminiscent of raspberry, with a full, robust and harmonic palate. It is particularly suited to game, red meats and hard aged cheeses. Serve at room temperature. 5.00 € a bottle (750 ml.). |

| Cabernet Franc Doc | Intense ruby red colour, with fewer tannins than the Cabernet Sauvignon, it has herbal scents in evidence as well as less complex ripe fruit aromas. Suited to game and red meats. Serve at room temperature. |

| Refosco Doc | An ancient Friulian vine species, already widespread in the 8th century. Intense purple-crimson colour, characteristic vinous aroma; dry, full, warm, slightly bitter palate; can be aged one to two years. It accompanies rich meats, game and typical Friulian dishes (cotechino pork sausage with beans, goulash, etc.). Serve at room temperature. |

| Franconia Doc | Vivid ruby red colour, spicy and vinous aroma. With a soft and fresh palate, it accompanies game, roasts and pork. Serve at 18-20 degrees C. 5.00 € a bottle (750 ml.). |

| Tocai Friulano Doc | The most Friulian of white wines it is the "white" par excellence. An elegant, delicate wine, with an intense aroma reminiscent of wildflowers; dry, soft and well-rounded palate. It is excellent as an aperitif, with antipasto, fish and white meats. Serve at 12 degrees C. 5.00 € a bottle (750 ml.). |

| Verduzzo Doc | A native vine species that has always been cultivated in Friuli . Golden yellow colour, fruity aroma, honey flavoured, tannic, robust body: the whole is perfectly balanced. A great wine for dessert and for meditation. Serve at 8-10 degrees C. 10.00 € a bottle (750 ml.). |
